Privacy Policy

  • Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) applies to all information that Zvezda Peterhofa, CJSC (hereinafter referred to as the “Personal Data Processor” or “PD Processor”) can receive about the User during the use of the "Leave feedback" Form.
The PD Processor guarantees the privacy of all data entered by the User during the use of the Form.

  • Terms and Definitions

The following terms shall have the meanings set forth below when they are used in this Policy:

User personal data means any data, entered by the User in the special fields when using the Forms, such as surname, name, patronymic, e-mail address, a city of registration.

Place of accommodation means a room used for the provision of services for the reception and accommodation of guests.

A web cookie is a small piece of data sent from a web server and stored on the user's computer, which the web client or web browser sends to the web server in an HTTP request message every time it tries to open a page of the corresponding website.

An IP address means a unique network address of a node in a computer network that is built using the IP protocol.

  • General

By using the Form, the User accepts and agrees to this Privacy Policy. In case of disagreement with any terms of the Privacy Policy, the User must refuse to use the Form. The PD Processor does not verify the accuracy of the User's personal data provided by the User of the Form.

  • Purpose of personal data processing, use and disclosure of personal data

During the use of the Form, the User himself enters the User Personal Data into the specially designated fields, thereby giving his consent to the collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), use, transfer of personal data to the PD Processor's Partners.
This consent is provided by the User for the implementation of any actions that do not contradict the Russian Federation legislation in relation to the User personal data, which are aimed at achieving the goals specified in this Policy, creating reporting and accounting documentation. The Form user’s personal data are used by the PD Processor solely to obtain feedback on the quality of the services provided through a place of accommodation. The data provided by the User are used solely for the purpose of providing efficient, comfortable and convenient services through the Form, as well as for evaluating the quality of services. The PD Processor shall not sell, transfer or otherwise disclose the User personal data to anyone without the User's consent.

  • Use of Cookies

The PD Processor saves Cookies on the user's computer and subsequently uses them to provide quality services. The PD Processor guarantees that no advertising service has access to the Cookies that are used during the use of the Form. The PD Processor registers data about the User's IP address, the type of browser used by the User, which can be used in case of detection of errors in the operation of the Form, cases of fraud, unauthorized actions.

  • Capability to edit and delete data and personal settings

The User can change (update, add) at any time the personal data provided or part of them. To do this, you need to contact the PD Processor by sending an email to info@new-peterhof.com. The User can apply to the PD Processor with a request to delete his personal data from the PD Processor’s database by contacting him using the above contacts.

  • Security measures for personal data processing

The PD Processor takes all the necessary and adequate organizational and technical measures required for protecting the User personal data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions of third parties.
The PD Processor stores the personal data of users in accordance with the in-house regulations of the Form, while observing the privacy of the user personal data.

  • Changes in the Privacy Policy. Applicable Law.

The PD Processor reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy. Subject to necessary changes being made, the date of the last update of the current version shall be provided. The new version of the Policy comes into force on the date on which it is published, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Policy. This Policy and the relationship between the User and the PD Processor arising out of the application of the Privacy Policy are governed by the Russian Federation law.
